Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. Processing time includes the period needed to review and confirm your order, print your custom design, and prepare your order for shipment.

Standard Shipping Our standard shipping method takes approximately 5-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs clearance procedures or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method and destination. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
Orders shipped outside the country of fulfillment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees. FairShirts.co has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the value of the products, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as these items cannot be resold or given to another customer. We offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You may try on the item to check if the size fits you.
